Once there was a little girl, full of energy, playful, joy, smiling bright. Then one day she decides to go to a beach to play with the sand, build her castle and run along the waves. As she was building her castle, there comes a wave and touches her feet. It made her feel warm and so she went towards the water as she felt that the waves were calling her to play with them. Cheerfully, she smiled and laughed with all her heart as she kept playing with those waves. Slowly the waves started to fade, they stopped coming back. Panicking, she started to run further into the sea. Less did she realise that she was going to drown.
Less did she realise that the waves which were calling her to play are gonna consume her and leave her on an island which is full of dark caves where light can't reach.
Yet, she tries to find her way out of those dark caves. But everytime she tries, she reaches a dead end. She walks her way out to the shore as she can't see any other way out of that lonely island. She waits for the waves to come
She waits for the waves to play with her again.
On the days she's tired of waiting, she waits for waves hoping that she'll get carried away to her home, a place where there are humans.
Losing all her hope, she runs into the sea but then the strong forces of the sea block her and she can't swim further.
So she goes back to the shore and sits there in despair with her knees close to her chest, her arms hugging her knees, tears rolling down her cheeks.

What you think, what you say.... It's all true.
You reinforce thoughts and they then just ARE.
It's a long process to amend your thinking and your preprogrammed words. But it IS possible to change them and so worth the wait.
I couldn’t agree more, thank you for your shared insights.
Thank you for your inspiration!
